I saw there was a need for a home technical support as well as teaching my clients in plain simple laymen’s terms. I had observed early on when I began instructing or repairing my parents PC’s, that at times they looked bewildered and overwhelmed when I was trying to explain what was wrong with their computers or teach them something new. This was a great experience on how to I could communicate with people in a language that only “computer nerds” like me would understand.
I educate people in everything they need to learn about using their computer efficiently including how to avoid a virus or being hacked. I can teach you how to back up your data, use software applications set up folders, photo albums or even network your entire home/office. I am excellent at trouble shooting and finding solutions to mend you “sick” computer.
I have a very comprehensive and vast knowledge and whatever your repair needs, large or small, you can count on me. I will also be very honest with you and tell you it is time to retire your old computer and help you shop for a new one.
